Introduction

Strawberry sorbet Strawberry sorbet
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 quart fresh or frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Puree strawberries and combine with sugar. Let stand 2 hours. Add water and lemon juice. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes. Freeze as directed in electric ice cream maker.
