Ingredients

    7 oz Beef, top sirloin,bite size
    1 cup Carrots, raw, chopped
    1/2 cup Barley, pearled, raw
    1 sm Onions, raw
    1 cup Celery, raw, diced
    1/4 cup Tomato Paste
    4-5 cups water

Directions

Brown meat. add all items . Bring to boil, reduce to simmer. Continue simmer for 60 min stirring occasionally.
