Four Bean Chili

Ingredients

    Bean Appetit Chli Mix (Dry Beans)
    3 qts. Canned tomatoes
    1 Pint of Tomato Sauce
    1 T. Tomato Paste
    1 # Ground Sirloin or Turkey
    1 Med. Onion diced
    1/2 Med. Green Pepper Diced
    3 Cloves of Garlic minced
    1-2 T Chili Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse then Soak beans overnight or cover with water and gring to a boil and take off the burner and let sit for 30 minutes and drain. Reserving juice. Brown meat and onion. Puree one quart of the tomatoes and add all of the tomatoes to a crock pot and break up tomato chunks. Add drained beans and spices, and cook on low for about 4 hours.
