Ingredients

Water, .5c
Ketchup, .5c
Brown sugar, packed, 1/3c
Orange Juice, 1/3c
Rice wine vinegar, 1/3c
Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp
Red chiles, crushed dried, 1.5 tsp
Cooking oil, 2 tbsp
Ginger Root, minced, 2 tbsp
Corn Starch, 1.5 tbsp dissolved in Water, .25 c
Directions
In a bowl, combine the water, ketchup, brown sugar, orange juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and dried chiles.
Place pan over high heat until hot. Add the cooking oil, swirling to coat the sides. Add the minced ginger; cook stirring about 20 seconds.
Add contents of the bowl and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens. Let cool.
