Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz
    Mangos, 0.5 fruit sliced
    Avocados, Florida, 0.5 fruit sliced
    Juice of 0.5 lime
    Sweet Chilli Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Mixed Spinach, watercress and rocket leaves , 100 grams
    Coriander leaf, fresh (Cilantro), 1 tbsp
    Lime, 0.5 fruit, cut into wedges

Directions

Mix the shrimps with the mango, avocado, lime juice and sweet chilli sauce. Toss well.
Arrange the Watercress, spinach and rocket leaves on 2 plates. Divide the mixture between them. Garnish with the Coriander leaves and serve with the lime wedges for squeezing over.
