6 oz fat free cream cheese, 6 T butter, 2 C cubed or canned chicken, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper, 4 T milk, 1 T pimento, 16 oz (2 packages) reduced fat crescent rolls, 1/2 C stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl blend cheese, 2 T butter til smooth. Mix next 6 ingredients then add chicken. Separate rolls into eight rectangles, press perforation together. Spoon mixture into center of each triangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top center. Twist lightly and seal edges. Brush tops with reserved 1 T butter. Dip in crumbs. Bake on ungreased sheet 20-25 minutes. Can freeze before baking.
