Ingredients

3 C Old Fashioned Oatmeal or 1.5 C Steel cut Oatmeal
3.5 C Skim Milk
1/2 C Splenda baking (Brown Sugar Blend) or 1/2 to 3/4 preferred sugar
½ C Apple Sauce, natural, no sugar added
3 Eggs, lightly beaten with a fork
1.5 C Blueberries
.5 to 1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
And a little nutmeg or ginger, if preferred.
May add 1/2 C chopped nuts or use other fresh ftuit. Nuts add about 30 cal. per serving.

Directions
Mix all ingredients together, place in lightly greased or sprayed 9x13 baking dish, and bake 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, until the moisture is no longer bubbling through the top.
May substitute other fresh berries or fruits in this recipe and add chopped nuts or seeds to preference. Watch baking to assure that recipe is not too dry.
