Ingredients

    light vanilla yogurt 117g
    silk light chocolate milk 8oz
    fresh frozen blueberries 101gms
    banana 277gms
    fresh frozen no sugar added mixed fruit 280gms
    baby carrots 110gms
    4 tbs cal-c-tose

Directions

put all ingred in a blender & blend until all fruit is ground up.
