Ingredients

    * *Summer Squash, 3 medium GRATED
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
    * Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * kraft stove top stuffing unprepared, 1 BOX
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light 4 Tbsp, MELTED

Directions

MIX STUFFING MIX AND MELTED BUTTER TOGETHER, PUT HALF OF STUFFING IN BOTTOM OF A 13X 9 PAN AND BAKE FOR 5 MINS. SET ASIDE REMAINING STUFFING FOR TOP. MIX ALL OTHER INGRED. TOGETHER. PUT IN PAN AND TOP WITH REMAINING STUFFING BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINS COVERED W/ FOIL , REMOVE FOIL AND BAKE FOR 10 MORE MINS.
