Pork Tenderloin and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

    1 lb. Pork tenderloin fat removed
    12 oz. beer
    1 med onion sliced thin
    3 garlic cloves
    1 14 oz. can sauerkraut
    1.50 apples cored and sliced
    1/8 tsp carroway seeds

Directions

Add all but pork to roasting pan. cook covered for 60 min @ 325
Rub pork with No Salt and pepper
Add pork and cook covered 20-25 min. then remove cover and cook for 15-20 min

Serving Size: Makes 65 servings
