Simple meat loaf

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1/2 c. Quaker quick oats
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 T. dehydrated onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 fresh large egg

Directions

Gently mix all ingredients together. Turn into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Good either warm or cold.
