Fresh Ripe Tomato Sauce

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Fresh Tomatoes, 5 cups chopped keep liquid
    Onions, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Celery stalk, {7-1/2" - 8" long} , 1 stalk, chopped
    Olive oil, 2 tbsp
    Add salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cut tomatoes, celery, and onions into small bits put in frying pan with olive oil and cook until almost all the juice is dried from the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

About 15 minutres. Cook on medium heat.

You can also use some of this sauce to add to egg white omelettes or put on crackers for a snack
