Ingredients

    1/3 cup egg beaters
    2/3 cup white whole wheat flour
    1 cup Kirland Organic Plain Soymilk
    1/4 t vanilla extract
    2 gram of butter per crepe

Directions

combine egg beaters and vanilla to flour to form a dough - slowly add milk with whisk. Use 1/4 cup in very hot pan sprayed with Pam and use 2 grams of butter per to form a crepe. Serve with fresh fruit in season (calories not added). Some like savory crepes - be creative
