Ingredients

Chick Peas, 1 cup
Tahini, 2 tbsp
Water, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 3 cloves, finely chopped
Onions, raw, 1 small, finely chopped
Parika, ground, 1tsp
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Sprinkle a little extra paprika n top before serving. Delicious on toast, crackers and crisp bread or as a dip for vegetable crudites.
I find it tastes better if you make it the day before you want it. Keeps for 7 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
