15 Johnsonville Original Brats, any flavor
2 (12.2 oz.) Red Stripe Lager Beer
1 large yellow or white onion, thinly sliced
2) Layer onions, then brats, then and beer in an ovenproof container.
3) Place in oven for at least one hour.
4) Lightly brown brats on outdoor grill...this probably will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
5) When ready to serve, place brat on a bun with some of the onions and mustard, if desired.
Makes 15 sandwiches.
