    Flax Pita Bread, 1 serving (remove)
    Pizza Sauce-Kroger, 0.12 cup (remove)
    Turkey Pepperoni (17), 12 gram(s) (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)

Directions

Toast Flax Pita Bread in oven, salt with garlic salt. Spread on pizza sauce, parmesan cheese, turkey pepparoni (6), mushrooms and cheese. Bake at 425 for about 6-8 minutes.
