Ingredients

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 Angus Steak Burgers (1/3lb each, 85/15 used for calculation)
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 can condensed Cream of Onion soup
Directions
Heat olive oil in large skillet and saute onions until soft.
Meanwhile, season beef patties with garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.
When onions are soft spread them out across the bottom of the pan and place seasoned beef patties down on top of them. Cook until browned on both sides but not quite done in the middle. Remove patties from pan, add cream of onion, stir well, and return patties to pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes, turning once, until patties are well done.
