    Flax seed Ground, .33 tbsp
    almonds, Emerald cocoa roast, .3 crushed
    Emerald Cinnamon Roast Almond 3 crushed
    Sweet Cherries, 4 cherry sliced
    Fiber One - Vanilla Yogurt, 1 serving
    Grapes, 4 grape, seedless sliced
    Strawberries, fresh, 3 small sliced
    *Kelloggs Fiber Plus Cinnamon Oat Crunch Cereal 1/4 cup
