Introduction

These cookies make a perfect chocolaty treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can also add 1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips to the mixture to make them even better. The chips will add approximately 10 calories to each cookie. Cookies can be frozen to prolong freshness. These cookies make a perfect chocolaty treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. Ingredients

    1 box Pillsbury Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (12.35 oz size)
    2 large eggs
    1/3 cup canola oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and stir until moistened. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet and then transfer to wire cooling rack to finish cooling.

Serving Size: Makes 36 2-inch diameter cookies.
