Vegetable Pizza, reduced fat

Ingredients

    2 (8 oz.) packages reduced fat crescent rolls
    1 c reduced fat sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) package neufchatel cheese
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (1 oz) package dry ranch dressing mix
    1/2 c chopped celery
    1 1/2 c chopped broccoli
    1 c red bell pepper, chopped
    1 c carrots, chopped or grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray jellyroll pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Pat crescent roll dough into jellyroll pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Pierce with fork.

Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.

In mixing bowl, combine sour cream, neufchatel, dill weed, garlic salt and dry ranch mix. Spread mixture over cooled crescent dough crust. Arrange celery, broccoli, pepper and carrots over cream mixture. Cover and chill. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
