Number of Servings: 100

Ingredients

    1 cup brown sugar
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp mustard powder
    1 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup water

Tips

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add meatballs of your choice and combine carefully. Continue to simmer on low for approx. 30 minutes.

This makes enough to cover 100 small meatballs. You can always increase the recipe if you like more sauce.

  • Didn't care for this. It was was too sweet. I didn't use the white sugar and used 1/2c of the splenda brown sugar mix. I put yellow mustard in to try and balance the sweetness. - 1/22/10
