Ingredients

    2 1/4 cups Ultragrain flour
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
    6 Tbsp Egg Whites
    1/2 cup plain, unsweetened applesauce
    2/3 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mash bananas, then add yogurt, egg whites, vanilla & cinnamon. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients, then add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients & mix well.

Spray the silicon cupcakes & place on a large cookie sheet. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for about 22 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
