Introduction


Ingredients:
*Flour, white, 2.0 cup (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Shortening, .66 cup (remove)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels (remove)
Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)
*Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 9 oz (remove)
*Barbecue Sauce, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup, shredded (remove)

Ingredients:
*Flour, white, 2.0 cup (remove)

Ingredients

    Make Pie Crust using Flour, Salt, Shortening and 6-7 TBSP cold water. Fix pie crust as normal set aside.

    In mixing bowl combined already cooked meat(already has BBQ sauce), corn, black beans and stir. Place in pie shall and sprinkle with cheese. Add top crust and bake in oven till golden at 350 about 45 mins.

Directions

Pre-heat oven at 350 cook till golden brown about 45 mins.

Serving Size: Using a standard pie pan should serve 8
