Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving (1 box)
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (2 cans, drained)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 2 cup
Diced Chilies, 4 serving (small can)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Lean Turkey Italian Sausage HOT, 5 serving
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (reg can)

Directions

Drain tomatoes, pour into a bowl. Add a bit of dried leaf oregano but not enough to warrant finding in recipe, as well as bread crumbs and diced chilis... Mix up thoroughly until bread crumbs are moist. Set aside.

In a small pot/pan, mix tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Heat on low until thoroughly combined.

Boil sausages in about a cup of water in a wok - covered for 10 minutes (turning about half way through) and uncovered for another 10 minutes on Medium heat. Let cool then slice into medallions.

Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and then pour in whole grain penne pasta. Add the sliced sausages, pour in your tomato based solution and top/cover with the tomato/chili paste-like concoction you made earlier.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for about 30 minutes (checking often to ensure that the pasta is getting cooked/soft...

Dunno, first time test run.
