Introduction

Amazing what can be found at the farmes market and backyard for a quick soup to take to work all week! Amazing what can be found at the farmes market and backyard for a quick soup to take to work all week!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 3 cup, sliced (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Hearts of Palm, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Beans, fresh, .5 cup (remove)
    *Beans, Canned Black Beans, Great Value (1/2c = 129g, 3.5 serv per 15.5 oz can), 129 gram (remove)
    *CLAMATO, 28 oz (remove)
    *Homemade Turkey Stock, 3.25 cup (remove)
    *Green Pepper (bell pepper), 0.5 cup (remove)

Directions

chop, dice, saute, sweat and cook the veggies together.

Add in a pinch of Emerils Creole Essence
A Little Salt and Pepper

And I use my own homemade Clamato soup. Very little sodium but I haven't entered that into the recipe calculator yet to use as an ingredient.
