Introduction

Ingredients

5 c green beans, fresh (nip off stem end, keep whole)
1/4 t olive oil
1 pat butter
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t garlic powder (or minsed garlic)
Directions
Lightly coat and heat 1/4 ts olive oil in saute pan. Add beans and stirfry about 5 minutes. Add butter and seasonings, grilling until tender (3-5 min).
Feel free to garnish with a sprinkle or crushed red pepper or parmesian cheese (not in nutritional info).
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings (2 veggies per serving)
