Festive Salad Topper

Submitted by: DJJEEPERS

Introduction

Boil up fresh black beans, and mix this batch up ahead of time and store in large quart size jars stored in the frig for the summer days to toss on salads, or throw into mexican plates, wrapes, or just eat as a snack or side dish on a hot summer day. Very refreshing and high energy with good taste along with a dallop of low fat sour cream and corn chips.
