18 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 T. Light Sour Cream
2 tsp Shallots, minced
1 Tbsp dill, minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black peper
Directions
Bring water to a simmer in a large saucepan; add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink and are cooked through, about 1 minute Drain; let cool.
Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl; toss with shrimp.
