Big Basic Salad

Introduction

A nice simple veggie-packed salad - big enough for a meal! A nice simple veggie-packed salad - big enough for a meal!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cups of your favorite greens
    6 cherry tomatoes
    6 slices of cucumber
    5 white mushrooms
    6 strips green pepper
    1/4 tbsp flax seeds

Directions

Slice or chop your veggies however you like them. Toss 'em on your plate-- or if you're fancy, in a bowl. Drizzle your favorite dressing over the top (this isn't included in the nutritional count). Nosh!

This serves one big plate of yummo salad.
