A friend of mine posted this recipe on Facebook today. After I entered the ingredients, I realized that this recipe is healthy, but probably not as healthy as it COULD be. I'm substituting the oil for unsweetened applesauce. By cutting out the oil, I'm saving close to 50 calories/muffin. : )Here's the original recipe http://hannahkeeley.com/recipe
