Whole Wheat Oat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

    1) 1 Cup old fashion rolled oats (not instant) (Stop & Shop Old Fashioned Oats)
    2) 1 Cup Skim Milk (Hood Simply Smart Fat Free)
    3) 1 Cup whole wheat flour (Stop & Shop)
    4)1/2 Cup splenda brown sugar
    5) 1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce (motts)
    6) 2 egg whites
    7) 1 tsp baking powder
    8.) 1/2 tsp baking soda
    9) 1/2 tsp salt
    10) 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    11) 2 tsp splenda
    12) 1 1/2 Cup blueberries

Directions

Soak the oats in the milk for about an hour
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
Combine the oat mixture with the applesauce and egg whites, mix until combined.
In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined.
Add blueberries
Bake for 17-20 minutes
