Ingredients

    4 egg whites
    1/2 C sugar
    1/4 tsp cream of tarter
    1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

beat egg whites with cream of tarter
when soft peaks develope slowly add sugar
When it is glossy add vanilla

cook for 20 minutes

Serving Size: 1/8 of merangue
