Introduction

Just a learned throw together of beef stew. Just a learned throw together of beef stew.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Angus Beef for Stew Meat, 24 oz
    *potatoe 1 medium, 4.0 gram(s)
    *Onion - 1 Medium/148g, 148 gram(s)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.75 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin (ground), 2 tsp
    *garlic salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .30 tsp
    Mixed Vegetables, canned, 1 cup

Directions

1. In 3 1/2 - 4 quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients (minus canned veggies)

2. Cover, cook on low heat setting 9 to 10 hours.

3. In last half hour (just to heat the veggies) put can of mixed vegetables in slow cooker give a stir.

Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings
