Chocolate Protein Pudding

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup or 100 grams of EcoMil's Quinoa Milk
    300 grams of Firm Tofu
    1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tablesoon of Nesquick's milk chocolate powder
    1 packet or 23 grams of Cameo's Ciobar al gusto fondente powder
    1 mini jar or 30 grams of honey

Directions

1) Pour the milk into your blender or food processor to create a liquid base.

2) Chop the tofu in small cubes and place with the milk.

3) Add the various chocolate powders and honey.

4) Blend until smooth and pour in cups or small bowls of your choice.

5) Enjoy immediatly or chill in the refrigirator for a firmer texture.

Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings or 8 mini servings
