Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 Can Kidney Beans
    1 Can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
    I Can (12 oz) Chili no beans
    3 oz. Shredded Cheddar

Directions

Brown the ground beed and onions. Drain.
Combine with remaining ingredients and heat.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
