3/4 C Flour, white
1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C Splenda Sugar Blend for
1 T Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
2 cup Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal
1 1/2 C Applesauce, unsweetened,
1/4 C Milk 1%
3/4 C Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),
1/2 C Raisins
2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, applesauce and milk. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg beaters. Beat well. Add raisins and flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 400Â° F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
Yield: 12 muffins
