Introduction

Warning - this is NOT a low-sodium recipe in any way, shape or form! It's probably not even to be considered healthy, but sometimes the pocketbook rules - it's cheap to make! Warning - this is NOT a low-sodium recipe in any way, shape or form! It's probably not even to be considered healthy, but sometimes the pocketbook rules - it's cheap to make!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 slices whole wheat bread
    1 Tbsp light margarine
    1 package Buddig Turkey slices
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Spread half of margarine on one slice of bread. Put it in a hot frying pan, buttered side down. Place half of cheese on top of the slice, then the turkey, then remaining cheese. Spread remaining margarine on second slice of bread and put on top, buttered side UP. When bottom of sandwich is browned to your liking, carefully flip sandwich and brown the other side.

Makes a very filling lunch!
