Buttermilk Pancakes

Introduction

2 pancakes 4-5" From Grandma's Best Recipe Book. 2 pancakes 4-5" From Grandma's Best Recipe Book.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Egg
    2 Tbsp Baking Powder
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    1 Cup Buttermilk
    1 Cup Flour
    3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

Directions

Heat griddle to 325. Mix dry ingredients and pour egg, butter and buttermilk into center and mix. Add blueberries, chocolate chips or other berries and pour onto griddle. Flip when bubbles burst on top.

Serving Size: makes 10 pancakes 4-5" diameter
