Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi

Introduction

Tasty and light dessert which I enjoy eating like a mango pudding (only more nutritious). If making a Mango Lassi, blend with milk and ice. Tasty and light dessert which I enjoy eating like a mango pudding (only more nutritious). If making a Mango Lassi, blend with milk and ice.

Ingredients

32 oz Dannon plain, non-fat yogurt
15 oz (1/2 large can) Kesar Mango Pulp
    4 pkgs Splenda

Directions

Combined. Return four servings back to yogurt container and enjoy one serving immediately. Yum!

I use a 30-oz can and freeze the remaining half not used.

Other Notes:
I take a variety of my favorite fruits (sometimes, it's just banana and grapes because these are pretty great year 'round) and add 1/3, 1/2, or a full serving of my Mango Yogurt depending on my preferred nutritional needs and how my whole day might look.

In the bowl pictured, I included:

Pineapple, fresh, 90 grams
Strawberries, fresh, 80 grams
Banana, fresh, 55 grams (half large banana)
Red Grape (Seedless) (151g), 90 gram(s)
Mango Lassi, 0.5 serving (view recipe below)

One of my personal goals it to lower my intake of splenda, I used to use 5 packets and now use 4 in this recipe. I may cut it back to three as I'm more than happy with the sweetness I'm learning to enjoy from foods naturally.
