* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.50 cup
* Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
* Garlic, 0.50 cup
* Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
* Soy Milk, 1 tbls
* Masman curry paste, 2 tbsp
* Real salt 0.50 tsp
Bake the onions and large garlic bulb whole.
400 degrees for 40 minutes wrapped in tinfoil.
Peel cooked garlic, add everything to the food processor and blend.
I used Real salt and Masman curry paste.
Next time I will use 2 more tablespoons of soy milk and 2 less tablespoons of olive ol to keep the calorie count lower.
