16 oz. Turkey breast meat shredded in food processor.
scant half cup of Hellmann's light mayonnaise
celery seed (to taste - 1 T) fresh celery ground up is even better
dill weed (to taste - 1/2 t)
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley
salt and pepper to taste.
Put in a medium size bowl, large enough for stirring.
Add the mayonnaise.
I made my rather dry - to limit the fat and calories. A tomato on the sandwich added some moisture.
Blend together, add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy a 1/4 cup on your favorite bread for a sandwich.
