100 Calorie Smoothie

Introduction

Great fruit smoothie that's only about 100 calories! Great fruit smoothie that's only about 100 calories!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana, cut into chunks and frozen
    1/2 c Strawberries, chopped and frozen
    1/2 c Mango, chopped
    5 Cherries, or about 1/4 cup, pits removed and sliced



Directions

Puree the cherries and mango together, making sure that all pits have been removed from the cherries. Once pureed, add the frozen strawberries and bananas. Puree until at the desired consistency. If it's still too thick, you can add some water to loosen it up.

Serving Size: Makes two 1 cup servings
