Rye Egg in a Basket

Introduction

This is a super easy, super delicious breakfast or even a snack! Enjoy! This is a super easy, super delicious breakfast or even a snack! Enjoy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Slice of Rye Bread
    1 Large Egg

Directions

Spray a small skillet with non-stick spray. Set burner on medium setting.
Use a 4oz juice glass to cut a hole in the center of your bread.
Place bread in pan.
Crack egg and place in the hole of the bread.
Cook until the bottom is completely white.
Flip and cook until finished.

Take out, serve, and ENJOY!
