Ingredients

    Almonds, 1/4 cup, whole
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Milk, 2%, 1/2 cup
    *Flour, white, 3/4 cup
    *bestlife buttery spread, 5 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    pinch of salt

Directions

Directions
1.Whip the eggs and the sugar together until the color is almost gone, it doubles in volume, and reaches the "ribbon stage"
2.Combine the salt, flour, and almonds together, pour into the egg mixture, and fold until combined.
3.Add the melted butter and extract, stir to combine.
4.Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
5.Preheat the oven to 375░F.
6.Put batter into prepared madeleine pan (sprayed and place pan on baking sheet) and bake for 11-15 minutes, until golden brown and delicious.
