Ingredients

2 lb. Pork Loin cut up
2 cups kashi Pilaf (uncooked)
2 stalks celery cut up
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 10 oz. pkg frozen pea
1-14 oz. can diced tomatoes no salt added
1 large yellow onion cut up
1 cloves garlic
1 tsp Herb Ox No sodium bullion powder
8 oz. water
2 cups Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry (Frozen)
14 ox. frozen brocolli
2 cups Swanson fat free 33.3% less sodium chicken broth
16 oz. Great Northern beans
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
Salt or salt substitute and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute pork and all veggies except , peas and tomatoes. Cook Kashi Pilaf according to directions and set aside. Soak and cook beans according to directions and set aside Add all ingredients except Kashi to large pot and simmer for 1 hour, adding
Kashi at the end. Drain if neccesary..Makes 19 - 1 cup servings.
