Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 units
    Diced Chilies, 8 serving
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Beans, white, 1 cup

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick spray.
Place chicken breasts on bottom of pot as best you can.
Dump in diced chilies and tomatoes (with juice) over chicken.
Pour in rice.
Pour in water.
Add soy sauce.
Dump in white beans (drained).
Cover and set on High for about 4-5 hours.
Check every so often to ensure the rice isn't baking to the sides of the pot.
