Jenny Craig Quick and Easy Beef Stew

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 pkg McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
    3 cups water
    1 bag (24 oz) frozen begetables for stew OR 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables

Directions

1. Coat beef with flour.
2. Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
3. Add sirlion cubes and saute until browned.
4. Drain.
5. Add seasoning, water and vegetables and stir well.
6. Bring to a biol.
7. Cover and simmer 15 min, or until vegetables are tender.


Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
