Introduction

Just tossed a bunch of stuff into my pan and I came up with this dish. Definitely will make this again! It's sweet and spicy!!! Just tossed a bunch of stuff into my pan and I came up with this dish. Definitely will make this again! It's sweet and spicy!!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1/4 cup diced onion
    large handful of fresh spinach (or about 1/2 cup frozen, chopped spinach)
    125 grams of shrimp
    1/2 tbsp coconut ghee (or use butter or oil)
    1 rounded tsp chili garlic paste
    1 individual size packet of stevia

Directions

Heat oil or ghee up in frypan. Add onion and peppers. Add spinach. If using fresh spinach, let it wilt.
Add shrimp and heat through. Add chill garlic paste and stevia packet.
VOILA!
