Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 cups boiled rice
    1 cup sugar
    6 eggs
    stick of butter
    2 tbs vanilla
    tsp nutmeg
    Milk

Directions

Beat eggs sugar vanilla and nutmeg.
Add rice and mix well.
Pour into a large rectangular dish.
Add milk until it covers the rice mix.
Blend and dot with butter. Bake at 350 till it is solid and giggles ~1 hr

Serving Size: Makes 12-15 servings
