Crazy Chinese Thighs

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Chicken Thighs (skinless and boneless)
    1 onion chopped
    2 cups frozen carrots
    3 cups frozen green beans
    2 servings of Aldi's General Tso's sauce
    3 tblsp of natural peanut butter
    3 tblsp of sesame oil
    garlic powder
    ginger
    a hint of splenda
    balsamic vinegar 2 tblsp (I have tangerine flavored for some orange hints)

Directions

I did the veggies first in the frying pan.
Some sesame oil and balsamic.
After those are cooked set aside.

Thighs need to be cut up into pieces.
Add peanut butter
Take Fiber One and grind it into a fine powder
Add to the chicken.

Add chicken to hot pan add the sesame oil.
Add seasonings.
Simmer for about 8 minutes.

Add the veggies, mix and serve.

Serving Size: 6
